*Set and Met Disclosure. Transaction requires a minumum 30 day escrow. Clients must meet with a North American Funding Mortgage Agent within 3 days of the start of escrow and must supply required documents for full loan approval within 10 days of start of escrow. Minimum loan amount of $125,000. Any set and Met credits to be applied at close of escrow. Maximum total benifit cannot exceed 1% of loan amount. Requirements subject to change.
